There is a version of you that is grounded, radiant, and unapologetically herself. A woman who trusts her intuition, honors her voice, and moves through life with presence and purpose. This retreat exists to help you find her — or remember she was always there.
Over two transformative days, we will gather as women in a sacred circle to move, breathe, release, witness, and reclaim. You'll leave with more than inspiration. You'll leave with yourself.
The space is intentional and intimate, so every woman in this circle receives the full depth of this experience.

AUGUST WOMEN'S CIRCLEWomen’s Drum Circle by the River
Join us by the river for an evening of drumming as sisters, reaching our ancestral roots, and having a place to express feminine rage. Rage can reveal where we are not yet free, where boundaries have been crossed, where voices have been silenced, and where our deepest truth is asking to be witnessed in a safe space. Allow the steady beat of the drum to awaken what has always lived within and what needs to feel seen and released. Christine will guide us and has 15 drums that can be borrowed. It will be $20 if you borrow a drum, and $15 if you bring your own drum.
Nature will hold us as we drum, sing, rage, and cry together.

Join us this month as we hear from 3 different mothers and learn about their experience with cesarean birth. Whether a cesarean is planned or unexpected, doulas play a powerful role in helping parents feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the experience.

Join us this month as we will learn from the licensed massage therapist and doula, Emmy Sue! She will teach us simple yet powerful massage techniques that can bring comfort, connection, and relaxation to our clients during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and beyond. Come learn, practice, and connect with other doulas!

Join us this month as we will have the amazing photographer, Jordan, take headshots and branding photos for us! Dress in whatever way that helps you feel confident. We will have some pregnant mothers to model with us for branding photos. We will also have refreshing drinks and time to network, so bring business cards to share and engage in meaningful conversation. Maybe you will meet your back-up doula there too!

Together we will explore what it means to feel confident in your voice and helping your clients expressing themselves— whether that’s advocating for their body, their birth choices, their boundaries, or simply being heard without shrinking.
We will close with a restorative sound bath by @lori_nielsen_rodabough, designed to integrate the experience, calm the nervous system, and help you fully embody the voice you’ve reclaimed.
This is not about performing, “getting it right”, or sounding good; it’s about remembering that your voice and that no one has a voice like your’s!
